My long ago friend Genese caught the madness from Jim Power's guerilla mosaicing in the late 80s & early 90s in the West Village. She and I left evidence of the madness on a long low wall in Hastings-on-Hudson. She went on to spread the madness in Burlington, VT. I left another wall in Dobbs Ferry and spread the insanity to many more as that one is in a teaching space. Now I'm slowly working on mosaicing all the walls in the basement of a Victorian in Kingston, NY. Just think . . . we are but one thread in the magic madness of mosaic that Jim Power start 20 years ago!! The madness of mosaic!!!
